HOW TO USE
Wash before ﬁrst use, air dry. Ensure base is securely ﬁtted to the body. Teether must be used as a joined piece - do not allow baby to play with teether as separated parts. Use with adult supervision at all times.

Care instructions
To keep your teething toy clean in between uses, separate the two pieces and use one of the methods below:
Hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse.
Dishwasher top rack only.
Sterilise by using stove top boiling method (5 min) or a cold water sterilisation solution.
After cleaning ensure product is cool and thoroughly dry before storage/use. To reassemble twist and squeeze the base onto the toy body until no gaps are visible.

CLEAN REGULARLY AS PER INSTRUCTIONS. ALWAYS SUPERVISE BABY WHEN USING A TEETHING TOY. INSPECT YOUR TEETHER CAREFULLY BEFORE EACH USE, ESPECIALLY ONCE YOUR CHILD HAS TEETH. STRETCH/PULL THE PRODUCT IN ALL DIRECTIONS AND DISCARD/REPLACE IF IT SHOWS THE SLIGHTEST SIGN OF WEAR, DAMAGE OR DETERIORATION. DO NOT LEAVE TEETHER IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT, HEAT SOURCE OR IN STERILISING SOLUTION FOR LONGER THAN RECOMMENDED, AS THIS MAY WEAKEN THE TEETHER. KEEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED FROM BUBBABLUE.COM.AU

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event you have received goods that are defective or damaged,
please contact us as soon as possible so that we can organise the prompt
replacement or refund (if applicable) of your goods. Please supply a photo and your proof of purchase in your communication.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind for any reason on a full price item, you may return the product unused and unopened, in its original condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase, for a refund, with the exception of the below:

We do not accept change of mind return for:
• reduced price items purchased during online sale events
• items listed on our sale page
• items marked as bundles
• items marked as clearance
• personal use products such as hand sanitiser and skin care
• items damaged through normal wear and tear
• items with damaged or opened packaging
• used items or items without their original packaging

Please note that if we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition (ie damaged item or packaging), we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original
selling price from the refund amount.

Please ensure your item is eligible for return as listed above, indicate the reason for return, your invoice number, and in the unlikely event your item is damaged or faulty - please include a
photo of the item outlining the damage.

Postage will not be refunded for a change of mind and the return postage is to be covered at your own cost. We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to
replace the item you have returned, please place a new order through the website for the replacement product you are after.

We do not replace or refund items purchased from stockists or resellers outside www.bubbablue.com.au for change of mind purchases.
