    Holiday Shipping Timelines 2024/25

    The Bubba Blue offices will be closed between Thursday 19th December 2024 and Tuesday 7th January 2025. Please note the below cut off times for orders to be dispatched PRIOR to our closure.  Any orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday 18th December will be dispatched upon our return in January.

    These cut off times are based on when your order will leave our warehouse, they will then be subject to Australia Post standard delivery times once they have been dispatched.

    Orders placed prior to closure:
    Orders placed before 12.00pm Wednesday 18th December will be dispatched prior to our office closure period.

    Orders placed during closure Period:
    Any orders placed after 12.00pm Wednesday 18th December will be dispatched ASAP once our office reopens on 8th January 2025.

    Estimated delivery times within Australia are approximately 5 to 11 working days for our flat rate delivery depending on your location.

    Some remote destinations and locations such as WA and NT may take longer.

    CLICK & COLLECT 

    Online order pick-up is now available at our office location in Clayton South, Victoria. Please note we are not a store, additional items can not be added to click and collect orders on arrival.

    If you have chosen to pick-up your online order, please await your collection confirmation email and then bring a copy of it to collect your order between 10 am and 4 pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
    Please ensure you park in our designated Click & Collect parking bays at 138 Fairbank Road, Clayton South and call 03 9580 6055 on arrival.
    (please note orders cannot be collected from our Outlet location)

    Same day pick-up is available for all orders placed before 2pm.

    Please note all Click & Collect orders will be held for 2 weeks before the order is cancelled and a refund issued to the customer.

    PRE-ORDER

    From time to time, we offer pre order items. This means we have stock on its way and we can offer it for our customers to secure on our online store. 

    Items offered for pre order will have the expected shipping date clearly noted on the product page, please read the description carefully to decide if you can wait for the expected arrival date.

    This date is an expected delivery date, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for delays out of our control.

    If we're unable to commence shipping 10 days from the ETA, we will provide a full-refund at your request. 

    All pre order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified, we cannot refund pre-orders for change of mind or offer discounts or credits for delays out of our control.

    The pre order item(s) will be shipped once they are available, any other items purchased with a pre order item will be sent together with pre order item(s).

    COVID-19

    Due to the impact Covid-19 continues to have on the lives of all Australians, we wish to advise Australia Post have put the below measures in place.

    Please be aware of the following when placing your order:

    • To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels - be it at a post office or at a residence - will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection - in all cases the postie or Australia Post staff member will instead ask and record the customer’s name and sign on your behalf to minimise contact.

    • Australia Post ask you not to visit the post office if you are showing symptoms, and if you do visit the post office to keep a distance of at least 1 metre from other customers and practice good hygiene.

    Refund & Returns policy

    At Bubba Blue, we care about the premium quality of our products.

    We only accept return of goods under some reasonable circumstances.
    The below terms apply to retail orders.

    RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED FROM BUBBABLUE.COM.AU

    Faulty Goods
    In the unlikely event you have received goods that are defective or damaged,
    please contact us as soon as possible so that we can organize the prompt
    replacement or refund (if applicable) of your goods. Please supply a photo and your proof of purchase in your communication.

    Change of Mind
    If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the product unused and unopened, in its original condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase, for a refund, with the exception of the below:

    We do not accept change of mind return for:
    • reduced price items purchased during online sale events, bundles or from our sale page
    • personal use products such as hand sanitiser and skin care
    • items damaged through normal wear and tear
    • items with damaged or opened packaging
    • used items or items without their original packaging​

    Please note that if we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition (ie damaged item or packaging), we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

    Postage will not be refunded for a change of mind and the return postage is to be covered at your own cost. We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order through the website for the replacement product you are after.

    We do not replace or refund items purchased from stockists or resellers outside www.bubbablue.com.au for change of mind purchases.

    Due to the fast turnaround on orders, please note that we do not accept cancellations or modification for orders that have already been shipped and that in some instances it may be too late to cancel.
